From sunrise to last light

The day starts at 09:00 with breakfast by the water — a full English done properly, fresh orange juice, coffee worth lingering over.

It carries on through long lunches and ends with dinner as the sun drops into the Aegean, the kitchen going until 23:00. Plenty of guests come back twice in the same day; some, three times. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free needs are welcomed, and there is a menu for the children.

On the Turgutreis seafront, chef Sercan's kitchen sends out steaks, fresh fish and daily-made starters while the light changes over the water.
